1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the BLAZE website and any order you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel the order for a full refund. All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and card payments processed securely through PayHere. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once we've confirmed the transfer. By paying by card, you confirm you're authorized to use that card.

5. Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to courier or other delays outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct — we're not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Return Policy.

7. Custom Design Library prints

Design Library items are printed to order. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to print placement or size for production reasons without notice. Designs are for personal use only — reproducing, reselling, or redistributing BLAZE designs without permission isn't allowed.

8. Intellectual property

The BLAZE name, logo, and all original designs on this site are owned by BLAZE. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We'll always try to make things right if something goes wrong with your order. Beyond replacing, exchanging, or refunding an item under our Return Policy, BLAZE isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
