For Cash on Delivery orders we also collect your NIC number, used only so our courier can verify your identity on delivery. If you pay by card, payment is processed by PayHere — we do not receive or store your full card number.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing your information

We share only what's necessary to fulfil your order: your name, address, and phone number with our delivery partner, and payment details with PayHere to process card payments. These partners are only permitted to use your information to provide their service to us.

4. Payment security

All card payments are handled by PayHere over an encrypted connection. BLAZE does not store your card number, expiry date, or CVV on our systems at any point.

5. Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies to keep the site working correctly (for example, remembering items in your cart). We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing contact@blazeclothing.shop. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Note that we may need to keep order records for accounting purposes even after a deletion request.
